At Vintage Wood, every piece of furniture is crafted and handled with care. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of furniture products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:
- The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging
To request a return, please email us at vintagewood26@gmail.com with:
- Order details
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
- Furniture altered or assembled after delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
If the product does not meet return conditions after inspection, no refund will be issued.
Replacement Policy
If the product is found to be damaged or incorrect:
- We may offer a replacement instead of a refund
- Replacement timelines depend on product availability and manufacturing time
This decision is made at the discretion of Vintage Wood.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started
- Once processing or manufacturing begins, cancellations are not allowed
- Custom furniture orders cannot be canceled after confirmation
Shipping Damage
If your furniture arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not discard original packaging
- Provide photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging
Failure to report within the time frame may void eligibility.
